• Create, post, and share content that promotes Egide US
• Promote in person
• Promote your unique promo link/code to increase sales for Egide US
• Participate in online ambassadors online meetings when available
• Provide updates of their marketing and promotion activity
• Allow Egide US to use your images for marketing and promotion

• Make any guarantees, representations, or warranties on behalf of Egide US other than the ones provided in the marketing material.
• Spam or promote Egide US in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
• Promote the Egide US in any sexually explicit, violent, drugs association, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectional content – subject to the sole direction of the Company.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity that would artificially affect any social media metrics such as, but not limited to, likes, follows, shares, and views.
• Misrepresent or modify the price of Egide US services

To become an ambassador of the Company, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• If you under the age of 18 a parent or a guardian must also acknowledge the agreement.
• Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
• Own and be active on social media accounts
• Be knowledgeable and a leader in your discipline

Egide US and Brand Ambassador expressly agree and understand that the above-listed Brand Ambassador is a contractor hired by Egide US and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in any way or manner, to create between them a relationship of employer and employee. Any commissions/overrides/bonuses paid to the ambassador, will be considered as 1099 independent contractor. The ambassador will be required to supply their social security number prior to being paid out.

While an ambassador of Egide US, the ambassador may not represent, promote or advertise competing products. The ambassador agrees not to represent, promote or advertise competing products for a period of one year after termination of this agreement

The approved ambassador will be consigned a Egide US Helmet after 3 generated sales
The approved ambassador can purchase one Egide US Helmet for the wholesale price of USD $450.00
The ambassador will earn $100 per sales generated through their promo link/code.
The ambassador is solely responsible for any and all tax obligations on earned revenue/commissions/overrides and will provide a monthly invoice detailing the sales to their contact at Egide US/Hansen Distribution.

Reserves the right to change, modify and cancel, the terms of this agreement at any time and for any reason.
